The extremely central New York City location — which is in the proximity of all of the trendy eateries and fancy hotels of SOHO; the lush park of Chinatown; and the businesses based in the Financial District — makes it a highly desirable place to work from. Of course, several metro and bus stations can be found in the building’s immediate vicinity, thereby offering easy access from all parts of The Big Apple. An extensive and complex cycling infrastructure is also at your disposal if you wish to arrive by bike.
Another fantastic perk of this coworking space is the flexibility of the membership options, along with the ease of access and use that 3DEN provides. For instance, the shared office can be used between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. and features a work desk and nooks, along with private rooms to meet your business associates. While the 3DEN coworking space doesn’t have on-site reception services, you can access the space within hours of operation via the app. You can also check to see how busy the space is, reserve amenities online, and simply scan your QR code when you wish to check in and out. Once on-site, you can access a workstation; superfast Wi-Fi and printer services; and enjoy complimentary coffee as you socialize with other tenants in the lounge area.
As for membership packages, 3DEN has three options to choose from: First, you can choose to pay as you go for on-demand access at an individual 3DEN location, which is ideal for drop-ins or traveling remote workers who don’t need any long-term obligations. Or, All Access membership packages provide unlimited usage, are billed monthly, can be canceled at any time, and can be enjoyed by individuals and teams alike. Finally, you can also rent out the entire space for the day if you wish to work in full privacy with your team of up to 12 members.
