Specifically, Flatiron offers workspaces tailored to the needs of its members, and this workspace could either be made available on a long-term basis or on demand. For instance, day passes are provided for part-time working individuals who need access to a workstation only a few days in the month. These passes apply to the flex desk shared space and offices. Conversely, the full-time membership grants members access to flex desk shared spaces where members can work at any available desk, whereas the dedicated desks are for those who want a bit of consistency and privacy in their workspace. The space also features fully furnished private offices and enterprise suites to fit different team sizes as needed, as well as virtual offices for those who only need a business address for mail receipts. There are also well-equipped meeting rooms with cutting-edge tech amenities for client presentations, in-house team meetings, workshops and other needs.
Membership here also offers all-inclusive amenities, such as Wi-Fi for a steady internet connection, a phone to make short audio meetings, TVs, monitors and whiteboards in the meeting rooms for presentations, lounge areas for relaxation and interaction, parking space to ease parking for members and their guests, as well as complimentary water, coffee, and tea.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
