Or, for teams with more specific needs, the Studio+ membership provides you with a team to help you build a workspace from the ground up so that you can ensure your team has everything they want and need in order to remain focused, productive and grow your business.
At The Spiral, Studio members can also enjoy the ZO clubhouse, which is an area with grab-and-go food options. The open terrace and stunning views make it a great place to enjoy a meal or join in happy hours. Alternatively, if you’d rather step out of the building for breaks, there are many great restaurants within walking distance, as well as green spaces, like the Bella Abzug Park across the street from The Spiral. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Studio.
