Amenities include 24-hour access, concierge services, high-speed internet, conference rooms, coffee and tea, printing and scanning services, a photo studio, and more.
Based In offers five membership tiers to meet a variety of needs, as well as additional memberships that include a dedicated desk or designated work area. The most basic tier allows for part-time membership — eight days per month and every day after 5:30 p.m., plus weekends — as well as invitations to events and programming. Meanwhile, the second tier is best for individuals who want unlimited access. It also includes invitations to programs and events with up to three guests, as well as two hours of conference room usage and printing and mailing services. From there, the tiers grow to include additional memberships for small businesses of up to 12 people, access to a global network and discounts for booking amenities.
Alternatively, for members who want a dedicated workspace, there are two options to choose from: Individuals can sign up for the dedicated desk membership, which includes shelving and filing storage, access to the lounge space and cafe, access to the digital community, and discounts for booking amenities. Or, small businesses with teams of four or more can benefit from the dedicated area membership, which offers a separate workspace so that your team can stay focused and easily communicate with one another.
Based In is located in Chinatown/Bowery. As such, members who live in Tribeca, SoHo, Nolita and LES can easily walk to the building. Otherwise, for those who have a longer commute, the building is also near a Citi Bike station and close to many subway stations. Plus, the restaurants and green spaces nearby provide excellent locations to take a quick break from work before heading back into the friendly and welcoming space of Based In.
