Here, the modern office spaces are housed within a grade-A building with seven floors. The building features a private-keyed elevator and stylish hardwood floors that capture the essence of Soho’s classic architectural charm. Additionally, the rooftop provides a 4,000-square-foot outdoor area with stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Liberty Building. It also serves as a versatile venue for outdoor gatherings, weddings and more. Meanwhile, the Penthouse is a 600-square-foot open layout space on the 7th floor with south- and east-facing windows. It’s equipped with a projector and screen and can accommodate up to 25 people in a conference-style setup, making it suitable for presentations and informal get-togethers.
Notably, the facility offers dedicated desks in a shared space, as well as private, lockable, five-person offices. As such, members can come and go as they please, knowing that their belongings will be safe and undisturbed. Additionally, private offices for 30 or more people are available, providing exclusive and customizable spaces for larger teams. It also offers five spacious conference rooms equipped with large-screen TVs with screen-mirroring abilities through HDMI, conference phones, and dry-erase whiteboard walls. The office space is also pet-friendly, allowing members to bring their furry companions. Of course, the building houses various other communal spaces furnished with stylish couches, lounge chairs, and tables to allow members to work and relax wherever they prefer. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are also provided to keep members refreshed and energized throughout the workday.
In addition to the attractive and inspiring work environment the building offers, it also features an open-air marketplace known as the Cubico Collective. This shared vendor marketplace spans 6,200 square feet of ground-level space, providing diverse retail opportunities. Moreover, its location in the artistic neighborhood of Soho puts the workspace in a convenient location near transit, shopping, food and nightlife.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Cubico, who is more than happy to help out.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Cubico.
