Blender Workspace is a luxurious, contemporary, award-winning workspace in the heart of Madison Square in New York City. With 15,000 square feet of workspace, it’s home to 35 private offices, 35 dedicated desks, three meeting rooms, a large cafe and event space, six lounges, four privacy booths, and a hospitality bar. All of the spaces feature turn-key service, which means that they’re ready to use, fully furnished and set up so that members can start enjoying the space immediately.
Here, there are a few flexible membership options, including the FlexPass and Virtual Office. The FlexPass is a day pass that can be purchased as needed. It includes amenities like access to meeting rooms, a printer and copier station, and more. Meanwhile, members who don’t need the in-person workspace can use the Virtual Office to get a business address, mail and package handling services, and access to the meeting rooms and Cafe. Or, the Cafe Hot Desk membership is ideal for nomadic professionals, providing access to the location’s amenities at a low rate. And, while that level comes with a seat in a shared, first-come, first-served type of workspace, the Dedicated Desk membership provides an assigned desk. This is ideal for solo and established professionals who want 24/7 access to their own dedicated space. Otherwise, for larger teams, the private and shared office spaces are separate workspaces that can help the team focus and be productive.
Meeting rooms are also available for booking and come in different sizes that accommodate small groups of four or larger groups of up to 15 people. Depending on the room reserved, amenities can include a large LED TV, a dry-erase board, video conferencing, printing and scanning equipment, and more. Plus, for large events, Blender also offers event spaces that can accommodate more than 100 guests with amenities that include an HD projector, Wi-Fi and whiteboards.
Blender Workspace is located in the hub that is NoMad, or Madison Square North, an ideal location near many restaurants, stores and local landmarks. And, with subway stations, bus stations and parking garages all within walking distance, getting to Blender Workspace is convenient, no matter your commuting preferences.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Blender Workspace.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Blender Workspace, who is more than happy to help out.
