Thrive Workplace is redefining the coworking environment across Denver, including at its location on Park Avenue. Specifically, it serves a diversity of members in the growing Ballpark neighborhood, from students to small businesses. And, its strong emphasis on community and relationships makes for a fun, professional environment where creativity and collaboration are the main focus.
Thrive Ballpark is a two-story, 24,000-square-foot building with open, airy coworking areas; private offices; and multiple conference and training spaces. Here, the vibrant coworking areas provide a wide variety of seating options, from lounge-style couches and chairs to tables and café-style islands. Whether spreading out with an oversized sketchpad or focusing on spreadsheets in the cloud, members will find their work styles well-met at Thrive Ballpark.
Furthermore, Thrive’s offices come in multiple sizes and accommodate up to 20 people. Although perfect for small businesses, several of these rooms also have dedicated desks for individual members who want a workstation to call their own. These rooms offer peace and quiet for focused work, while glass walls ensure that Thrive’s communal vibe is tangible at all times. Thrive Ballpark also provides several conference rooms that accommodate one-on-one meetings, as well as functions for up to 10 people. The larger training room even fits 40 people. All of these are fully furnished for presentations with whiteboards, flatscreens, and a projector and screen in the training room. Additionally, Thrive Ballpark has several private phone booths, lounge areas, and a production studio capable of meeting film, photography and other visual communication needs.
Meanwhile, amenities at Thrive Ballpark include reliable Wi-Fi, a multifunction printer, mail management, local fresh roasted coffee, and other complimentary, non-alcoholic beverages. The helpful staff can also assist with business services, event prep and more, always making customer service the priority. Similarly, Thrive also offers many of these perks — including mail handling — to its virtual members, who also receive discounts on meeting rooms, special drop-in rates, and invitations to the many Thrive networking and community events.
Finally, bike storage is available here, and paid and free street parking is right outside the door. Overall, Thrive Ballpark is in a chic location with trendy restaurants, live music venues, Coors Field and other hotspots within minutes from the door.

Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Thrive Workplace.
-
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Thrive Workplace to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
-
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
-
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
-
