Treehouse Society is an educational neighborhood community intersecting different skill sets. Specifically, it gathers students, freelancers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and consultants and supports its members with cutting-edge toolkits required to create disruptive innovations in their field. The community allows members to reach their audience, increasing their chances of getting funds and opportunities with anyone from like-minded individuals to prospects and clients. The Treehouse also provides business support services — like website design, email lead generation and content design — to smooth every member’s journey.
As required by their different work needs, Treehouse offers membership plans for dedicated members, as well as daily passes for part-time members in the community. For instance, the student membership suits students who are in their gap year, those studying for an exam or individuals delving into entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the workspaces include open-desk spaces where members can pick any available desk, which is suitable for professionals who want to utilize every possible workspace to enhance creativity. Or, the dedicated desk, which includes file cabinet storage, may be a better option for solo workers who want the flexibility of an open workspace, but who also prefer a dedicated workstation. Of course, fully furnished and ready-to-use private offices are another option for individuals who need more space and privacy or a team of three, six or seven seeking to work within a collaborative environment.
Furthermore, complimentary access is allowed to various sizes of well-equipped meeting rooms (depending on the type of membership plan) to enhance team brainstorming, board meetings, and private workshops and training.
Additionally, aside from the 24-hour access granted within the facility, several amenities are also made available to boost productivity, such as Wi-Fi, phones for calls, high-quality printing, scanning and copying, TV and whiteboards in conference rooms for emphasis, Bluetooth speakers for conference calls, event rooms, kitchen access with coffee, tea, and water, gender-neutral restrooms bike racks.
Treehouse also organizes a series of events that bring members together, including adult coloring activities, skill acquisition programs, and boot camps to help members stay creative and on top of their game.
What’s more, the area around 730 Commercial St. is walkable and bikeable and has excellent infrastructure for private and public transit options. Some are even within the coworking space building, while others are within walking distance.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
-
With a monthly membership, 730 Commercial Street offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
-
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Treehouse Society.
-
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
-
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Treehouse Society may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
