Specifically, the open-desk coworking plan provides up to nine fully furnished workspaces, thereby allowing individuals to work independently or to collaborate with other members in the shared area. Or, for those seeking privacy, the private office option offers nine fully furnished private offices, each of which is equipped with windows that open for fresh air. The workspace also features a fully equipped conference room with video conferencing capabilities and accommodates up to 14 individuals for both in-person and remote meetings. Plus, for light manufacturing needs, there’s up to 2,500 square feet of dedicated production space available that’s supported by convenient amenities, such as easy access to Highway 101, an on-site forklift, and secured parking and storage.
Additionally, the Tank provides a host of amenities to enhance productivity, including reliable Wi-Fi, printing, scanning, and copying facilities, gated car and bike parking, CCTV surveillance, showers and multi-stall bathrooms, janitorial services, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, espresso maker, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster oven. It also provides multiple lounge areas for relaxation and networking, as well as reception services to welcome guests. Plus, a foosball table adds a touch of recreational fun to the space.
