Notably, CW provides flexible office solutions for travelers and remote workers with hourly and daily office options: The Executive Suite option offers all of the advantages of a fully equipped office without the high costs and long-term commitments. The suite also comes with a mailing service, allowing members to conveniently receive and send daily mail and packages from various couriers, such as UPS, Federal Express and others. Additionally, the coworking space has a professionally trained receptionist, as well as secretarial services available on a pay-as-needed basis, including transcription, word processing, data processing, photocopying and mail service. Plus, CW Business Center also provides virtual office packages for those looking to establish a business identity without leasing physical office space. These packages include a business address with a suite number and daily mail handling. Depending on the virtual office package chosen, members can even access 16 hours of private office use per month.
In addition to these options, members are provided with two well-equipped meeting rooms. One of the meeting rooms provides a table that seats up to 16 people, high-speed internet access, video conferencing capabilities, a 55” HDTV and a wireless data box for visual presentations. Alternatively, for smaller gatherings, the second meeting room can accommodate up to six people and offers a projector and whiteboard. Both meeting rooms are located on the ground floor for easy access and can be used for training sessions, sales meetings and more. Furthermore, a dedicated team supports the coworking space for smooth operations and provides members with prompt and professional service.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with CW Business Center.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with CW Business Center, who is more than happy to help out.
