Easy to get a taxi using Grab; Level1 for using e-hailing taxi. Most staff here speak English well or ok while some understand or even speaks Chinese. Not long queue to go in and through the customs.

SkyPark Terminal at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang is a convenient and traveler-friendly airport that offers a smooth experience compared to larger and more crowded international hubs. The terminal is compact and easy to navigate, which makes check-in and boarding stress-free, even for first-time visitors. Security procedures are straightforward, and the layout is simple enough that you can move from the entrance to the gate without feeling overwhelmed. The facilities are clean and well maintained, with plenty of seating areas available in the waiting hall. There are also a number of food and beverage outlets, including local favorites like Bungkus Kaw Kaw, which is great if you want to enjoy Malaysian flavors before flying. Travelers can also find convenience stores and small shops for last-minute purchases or snacks. One of the best parts about SkyPark Terminal is that it feels much less crowded than KLIA, so the atmosphere is calmer and more relaxing. Baggage claim is efficient, and the entire flow of arrivals and departures runs quite smoothly. For business travelers or those on short domestic trips, this airport is especially practical thanks to its quick access to central Kuala Lumpur. Overall, SkyPark Terminal is a reliable and efficient gateway, ideal for domestic flights and short getaways. It may not have the luxury of a large international airport, but it makes up for it with simplicity, speed, and a stress-free travel experience. Perfect for anyone who values convenience and time.

My wife and I were here today for our flight home to Johor Bahru. We were impressed by how this airport - even though it has superseded by the more massive KLIA - has kept up with the times by its many retail and food and beverage shops, and in terms of amenities therein - whether in the public area of the airport, or in the non-public departure area of the airport. And we were impressed by the smiling and courteous airport staff - whether at the check-in counters, or at the various security checkpoints. Our entire airport experience has just been simply wonderful. By the way, I find the "encouragements" at the urinals at this airport to be most entertaining - a marvelous sense of humour in my opinion.
