La realidad es que el aeropuerto internacional de Italia no merece está puntuación, en gral muy lindo todo en Italia, y el aeropuerto cuenta con muchas opciones de Shoping y locales de comida, pero hemos pasado por una experiencia pésima, de mal trato por la autoridad de aduana que evalúan tax refund , un desprecio hacia los turistas, muy mal educado, tardo mucho tiempo en atendernos porque estaba hablando por teléfono por algun asunto personal, y en el medio de la atencion , cerró la oficina , puso el cartel de que vuelve en 10min y luego volvió para volver a tratarnos con una falta de respeto a la gente total, considero que es un empleado del estado y representantes de un país, Italia no merece que lo representen tal mal y tan ostil. No soy de quejarme con ningún país y menos mi querido Italia, muy desepcionado!

Impressive airport, very well organized. Just be prepared to walk a few kilometers before boarding. A luggage cart would be a good idea. The shops have quite reasonable prices.

Per l’ennesima volta i bagagli ( volo HU437) arrivano prima ( che sarebbe una buona cosa ) dei viaggiatori impantanati al controllo passaporti e si accumulano nel nastro trasportatore che non riesce a smaltirli . Scene apocalittiche con il nastro strapieno , bagagli che rotolavano e persone che dovevano arrampicarsi con non pochi pericoli per riuscire ad acchiappare la valigia . Il personale ( un gruppo di 6 o 7 quando ne sarebbero bastati 2 ) sono arrivati con molta , molta calma a liberare il nastro dopo 45 minuti . Cosí finalmente Il mio bagaglio é riuscito ad uscire ed entrare nel nastro trasportatore per essere recuperato dopo la bellezza di 50 minuti . Anche più ridicolo é che viaggiando in business il mio bagaglio era addirittura un priority . Peccato dar sempre questa brutta immagine di inefficienza a chi é appena sbarcato nel nostro bel paese
