The location is amazing, however the service and food is really bad. They are not able to maintain the place according to the location. The rooms are not that clean.

Detailed Account of Substandard Service and Unprofessional Conduct Rude and Aggressive Security: The encounter with the security staff was extremely negative. They were not only unnecessarily rude but also displayed an unacceptable level of hostility and aggression towards us, making us feel unwelcome and unsafe from the moment we arrived. Their lack of basic courtesy set a poor tone for the entire stay. Attempted Fraud by Reception Staff: The individual at the reception desk was overtly fraudulent in their dealings. They actively attempted to collect an additional, unjustified amount of money from us beyond the $20,000 we had already paid, suggesting a clear attempt at deception and overcharging. Deteriorated Infrastructure: The building's infrastructure is visibly ancient and poorly maintained. A critical issue was the non-functional or unreliable lift, forcing us to use the stairs, which is a significant safety and accessibility hazard and is completely unacceptable for a paid facility. Unsanitary and Unclean Conditions: The overall cleanliness of the premises was shockingly low. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and most disturbingly, the bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained, raising serious hygienic concerns. Complete Lack of Essential Amenities: Basic, expected services were entirely absent. There was no readily available drinking water provided, and the WiFi connectivity was non-existent or completely unreliable, isolating us from essential communication. Inadequate Room Service/Housekeeping: The housekeeping team demonstrated a profound inability or lack of training to adequately clean the room, leaving vital areas neglected. Unprofessional Complaint Handling: When I finally lodged a formal complaint about these multiple failures to the reception, the staff member showed a disregard for customer service. Their response—"if you don't want to stay, just leave"—was not only dismissive and disrespectful but effectively confirmed their unwillingness to rectify the glaring issues, especially after I had already paid $20,000 for what turned out to be a fundamentally substandard and stressful experience. This detailed breakdown now clearly outlines the severity of each issue, ranging from safety and hygiene to outright attempted fraud and abysmal customer service. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with My Desk.
