If you are holder of any voucher or Priority Pass/ Dragon Pass holder don’t waste your time to visit the Lounge. They will kick you out immediately. The staff is completely disrespectful and arrogant. Once we arrived to the lounge was empty and people were getting in. Only when we showed our Lounge Passes We were told that the lounge was full and they don’t accept Pass holders and only business class ticket holders are allowed. The lounge was completely empty at that time and they just didn’t want to let us in. The stuff is horrible and they don’t even care. Save your time and don’t visit them since they will always tell you the are full even if they are empty.

The space was cramped, and I was also bothered by the system where pastries were free while regular meals were charged for. Furthermore, although all the tables should have electrical connections, unfortunately, they didn't.

An incredibly rude woman at reception accused me of being unfriendly without even saying a word. I was turned away with my Priority Pass because the lounge was supposedly full. From the outside, it definitely didn't look that way. When I asked why, they refused to speak to me because I wasn't a business class customer. The overall negative reviews don't surprise me. This was the worst and most unfriendly lounge experience I've ever had.

Shocking ! This lounge is used by Lufthansa for business class customers . Food choice and quality - worse than a seaside dirty-spoon . It was bad in t1 but who would have thought is could have got worse
