Under André’s leadership as General Manager, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Ishtiak, the Assistant Manager, is highly attentive and ensures that any request is handled promptly and effectively. At reception, Martyna and Pedro provide a professional yet warm welcome, setting a positive tone each day. Bryan, Head of Housekeeping, leads a team that keeps the building immaculate, which makes a noticeable difference to our day-to-day experience.
