Venture X recently expanded its presence in Miami with a new coworking space in the heart of downtown. Spanning the seventh through ninth floors of 117 NE First Ave., the space features 74 workstations, many equipped with sit-to-stand desks. Members can take advantage of premium amenities, including a signature café, a community lounge, fully equipped conference rooms, reception services, and high-end furnishings designed for comfort and productivity.
The coworking space is situated inside the historic Security Building, a Class A property built between 1926 and 1927. The location has also been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1989. In this way, Venture X Miami Downtown brings modern coworking solutions to a landmark location. Venture X and the location’s owner and operator collaborated with Mike Trumpy of JLL to finalize the lease within two months.
