The Work Project (TWP) — a flexible workspace provider with locations in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia — is opening its first UK site at One Leadenhall in London. This expansion brings TWP’s high-end office solutions to the UK, in response to the growing demand for premium flexible workspaces.
A 35-story office tower by Brookfield Properties, One Leadenhall is nearing completion. TWP will occupy 2,800 square metres on floors 22 and 23, offering panoramic views of London. Designed by Sydney-based Farago Han Studio, the space draws inspiration from the adjacent Leadenhall Market’s Queen Anne Revival architecture by blending modern functionality with high-quality craftsmanship.
TWP’s workspaces emphasize flexibility, sophisticated design and personalized services, making them ideal for businesses seeking adaptable offices in central London.
Junny Lee, founder and CEO of The Work Project, sees the London launch as a natural next step after the company’s success in the Asia-Pacific region:
“In Brookfield Properties at One Leadenhall, we have the perfect partner and location to deliver the exceptional work experience we have become known for in other major cities on the other side of the globe.” Lee said.
Looking ahead, TWP plans to expand its London presence to approximately 37,000 square metres by 2030 by focusing on securing prime office locations in the city and West End to meet the demand for well-designed, flexible work environments.
