SUCCESS Space, an innovative café, cowork, and coaching franchise, developed by SUCCESS® Franchising, — a division of eXp World Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPI) —, has recently launched a brand-new regional development agreement in Texas.

Through the initiative, prospective franchise partners can obtain the exclusive area rights necessary to establish several SUCCESS Space sites. Along with the program’s introduction, the company inked a franchise deal with Brian and Tisha White, longtime franchisees who have just built their first site in Flower Mound, Texas. The business pair will soon be in charge of a network of SUCCESS Space outlets throughout the state as part of this deal.

Franchise partner Brian White said: “As long-time advocates of the SUCCESS Space brand, Tisha and I are incredibly proud to take such a significant step in our partnership. This agreement not only allows us to expand our business portfolio across Texas but also to be part of a brand that will make a major impact on local communities. As lifelong entrepreneurs, our goal has been to provide the correct tools and resources to aspiring professionals. Now, we’re able to bring that vision to life in even more communities than before alongside SUCCESS Space.”

Through its regional development program, SUCCESS Space has made it possible for business owners like the Whites to support the innovative coworking concept’s national rollout. For aspirational individuals seeking to get exclusive rights to expand and develop SUCCESS Space sites within designated areas, the program offers a clear route to success.

The Whites originally opened their site in Flower Mound as part of their regional development contract. They will now actively market the franchise opportunity to eligible candidates who will continue SUCCESS Space’s expansion throughout the territory.

SUCCESS Space provides cooperative office spaces, an expedited SUCCESS CaféTM, certified SUCCESS® Coaching, and a SUCCESS WorldTM metaverse, in response to the growing desire for modernized suburban coworking spaces. Workspaces that are both socially conscious and technologically qualified seek to foster and accelerate the development of local business professionals and solopreneurs.

President of SUCCESS Space Franchising Ted Laatz commented: “Texas continues to be a hub for young professionals who need a space to further their careers and work in a dedicated environment. There is considerable room for growth across the state, and we’ll work hand in hand with Brian and Tisha to empower individuals and communities in their professional journeys.” Laatz also followed up by saying: “The regional development program is the perfect fit for the SUCCESS Space brand, and I look forward to the continued growth it will drive. We welcome the opportunity to connect with additional like-minded entrepreneurs who wish to join a brand that is redefining the coworking industry.”

SUCCESS Space, a newly developed franchise concept by SUCCESS Franchising, is growing across the country through franchise operators that own one or more units. The best franchisees have a clear idea of the future of work. SUCCESS Franchising seeks astute individuals with experience in retail, small business management, leadership, and entrepreneurship to make investments in their local communities. Entrepreneurs and investors with sufficient capital are urged to apply.
