Koba is making its London debut in Q3 2025, marking a major milestone in its expansion. After the success of its Manchester location, Koba is bringing its blend of high-performance workspaces and holistic well-being to the capital to deliver a coworking experience where sustainability and sophistication go hand in hand.

London’s new workspace will reflect the same mindset that put Koba on the map — thoughtful design, premium amenities and a deep commitment to sustainability. As such, members can expect responsibly sourced materials, demountable walls for flexibility and a workspace that balances elegance with environmental influence. If Manchester’s 30,000-square-foot hub — catering to teams from two to 200 — is any indication, London’s location is poised to be a game-changer for businesses seeking an eco-conscious office solution.

This move follows Koba’s achievement in April 2024, when it became the world’s first WELL Coworking Rated flexible workspace for its Manchester location on 100 Barbirolli Square. IWBI created this prestigious certification in collaboration with The Instant Group. The rating grades nearly 50 evidence-based features, such as water and air quality; lighting; nourishment; and movement. Thus, under the leadership of Managing Director, Paul Nellist, Koba has set a new standard for environmentally responsible and wellness-focused work environments.

“We are proud to be part of a selected cohort of businesses that have helped to push industry standards forward as this is central to our mission and, indeed, part of our manifesto commitment to share our lessons and learning with the broader industry,” said Rob Stewart, director of strategy and sustainability at Koba. “For Koba and Manchester to be recognized as the first site and city globally to achieve the rating is just a genuine thrill. And, for our residents, both current and future, it’s a sign that we are laser-focused on providing workspaces that are backed by evidence on health, well-being and sustainability.”
