Dutch flexible workspace provider infinitSpace has announced the launch of a new location in London’s The Bower business center in a management agreement with landlord Helical plc — a London-focused, stock-exchange-listed property investment and development company.

Branded ‘beyond The Bower,’ this latest addition to infinitSpace’s growing global portfolio follows its two existing London locations totaling 86,000 square feet — beyond Aldgate Tower and beyond Kingsbourne House. The company currently operates seven workspaces across the UK, the Netherlands and the UAE, with three more in London, Berlin and Amsterdam on their public 2024 roadmap.

The new workspace spans a total of 20,000 square feet across two floors of the mixed-use property’s “The Tower” building. Its range of workspace options includes open workspaces, as well as private offices targeting solo workers and teams of all sizes with a total capacity of 400 desks that can be booked on flexible terms. The space also features phone booths, private meeting rooms and event spaces. Members also have access to amenities like IT support, as well as a workspace app that connects them with other clients across the company’s global network.

Notably, infinitSpace operates a white-label model, assuming responsibility for handling marketing, membership management and day-to-day operations at the new workspace on behalf of Helical plc.

“The flexible workspace industry is undoubtedly seeing a shift with landlords no longer willing to simply hand over the keys to operators,” said Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO and co-founder of infinitSpace. “Increasingly, they want to maintain control of their assets, while still reaping all the benefits flex space has to offer. Working with a white-label provider like infinitSpace ensures Helical can do just that.”

The Bower commercial development on Old Street houses premium office, retail and restaurant space. Situated in the culturally rich neighborhood of Shoreditch, it’s renowned for its vibrant community hub atmosphere, sustainability initiatives and convenient public transit links. Designed by award-winning architects AHMM, the development comprises three distinct buildings connected by public spaces, including a courtyard garden and a roof terrace.
