Landmark Space, a leading provider of flexible workspaces, has opened its latest location at 75 Grosvenor Street in Mayfair, adding to its growing portfolio in the United Kingdom. The building spans 3,480 square metres across four floors and is the 37th site for Landmark Space in six major UK cities.

75 Grosvenor Street is housed in a Grade II listed Georgian building that has been updated with modern design elements while preserving its original architectural features. These include timber frames and 18th-century staircases. The space offers a mix of private offices, meeting rooms and workspaces designed to accommodate different business needs.

The building also includes several amenities, such as a custom-built staircase valued at £1 million and five terraces. One of these terraces is a rooftop space, accessible via an electric sliding-glass ceiling, providing outdoor space for tenants.

Located in a prime area of Mayfair, the workspace offers businesses a prestigious address in a central London location. Landmark’s CEO, Ed Cowell, noted the space is designed to meet the changing demands of modern businesses, providing a flexible environment for clients. With this addition, Landmark Space continues to expand its network, now serving over 11,500 clients across the UK.
