Leading Texas-based flexible office space provider Lucid Private Offices announced the acquisition of its second Arizona location. The new coworking space is set to open in November within the MAX at Kierland — a six-story, Class A office building at 16220 N. Scottsdale Road.

The new flexible workspace will offer more than 100 private offices, as well as company suites, collaborative coworking areas, meeting and board rooms totaling more than 25,000 square feet. Notably, MAX at Kierland’s proximity to upscale restaurants, shops, and the vibrant neighborhood of Kierland make it an ideal destination for professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators.

Members of the new Lucid Private Offices location will have access to a range of amenities, including the LUX Coffee Shop and MAX Relax Lounge on the first floor of MAX at Kierland, in addition to outdoor seating and patio areas with mountain views. Meanwhile, commuters will appreciate convenient access to the Loop 101 Freeway. There are also several charging stations on-site for EV drivers’ convenience.

“We are thrilled to bring Lucid Private Offices to the dynamic city of Scottsdale,” said Flip Howard, principal and CEO of Lucid Private Offices. “Our commitment to providing upscale private offices and coworking to professionals and entrepreneurs has never been stronger, and we think the Kierland/North Scottsdale area is a perfect fit for our second Arizona location.”

Overseeing a portfolio of more than 25 flexible office spaces throughout Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta, Lucid Private Offices caters to professional clients by combining the flexibility and modern energy of coworking with the privacy and professionality of a traditional office. The announcement of this new location comes shortly after its first expansion into the Arizona market: Its Phoenix location at 24th and Camelback is scheduled to open on May 1.
